Institutions and Organizations Relevant to Our Mission
Our Community and Institutional Relationships
At the Community Development and Integration Center (CDIC), we believe that meaningful collaboration is essential to building inclusive, resilient, and welcoming communities.
CDIC works to develop relationships with public institutions, municipal authorities, educational institutions, community organizations, employment services, and other local stakeholders whose work aligns with our mission.
These institutions and organizations are important resources within the broader community ecosystem. CDIC seeks to establish constructive relationships with them, facilitate access to appropriate services and resources, and develop direct partnerships where opportunities for collaboration arise.
Institutions and Organizations Relevant to Our Mission
By “institutions and organizations relevant to our mission,” CDIC means public bodies and community organizations whose mandates, programs or services matter to the people we serve: newcomers, families, youth, seniors and long-time residents. CDIC helps people reach their services and seeks to build closer ties with them. They are listed at the top of this page.
The inclusion of an institution or organization on this page does not necessarily indicate a formal partnership, funding relationship, endorsement, sponsorship, or contractual relationship with CDIC.
CDIC recognizes the important role of these institutions and organizations within Quebec's community and public-service network and seeks to establish appropriate channels of communication, referrals, cooperation, and future collaboration in accordance with their respective mandates and policies.
Developing Direct Partnerships
CDIC is actively working to establish direct partnerships with public institutions, municipalities, community organizations, educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholders that share our commitment to:
Newcomer integration and inclusion;
French-language learning and participation;
Employment and economic autonomy;
Youth, family, and senior support;
Social inclusion and community development;
Civic participation and volunteering;
Intercultural understanding and community connections.
