CDIC helps newcomers build a life in Quebec. We offer settlement support, family services, French-language help and community events — and anyone can become a member.

Your membership card
Every member gets a CDIC card with their name, photo and member number. Keep it on your phone or download it as a PDF. CDIC staff can check it at our events.
How to join
Three steps. A person reviews every membership, so it is not instant.
Fill in the form
Your name, how to reach you, and where you live. About five minutes.
Send the fee by Interac e-Transfer
The form shows you the amount and the address to send it to.
We confirm it by hand
Someone at CDIC checks your transfer and activates your membership. Then your card is ready.
Who we are
CDIC is a non-profit community organization based in Quebec. We help newcomers, families, youth and seniors take part fully in Quebec life, and we work with public institutions and local partners to do it.
Where your fee goes
CDIC is a non-profit. Membership fees help pay for the settlement support, family services, French-language help and community events we run across Quebec. We are non-partisan and non-religious, and we serve everyone.
Our partners
CDIC builds relationships with public institutions, municipalities and community organizations whose work supports newcomers and residents, to help people reach the right services. We are working toward formal partnerships.

Membership means that you have joined the CDIC community and may request consideration for CDIC's available services, programs, activities, resources, and support. It does not guarantee that CDIC will provide a particular service or that a requested service will always be available.
